As a Music Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Music Monetization team. Your role will be to strategically grow Epidemic Sound's catalog exposure and maximize revenue across key digital signal providers (DSPs) and digital platforms. This role is a primary revenue driver, ensuring our music reaches its full commercial potential by securing high-impact placements and expanding our platform footprint globally. By exceeding commercial KPIs such as revenue targets and stream metrics, you directly fuel the sustainable ecosystem we build for our artists and the overall growth of Epidemic Sound. You will be part of a strategic, results-oriented Music Monetization unit that sits at the intersection of our music catalog and the global digital landscape. In this position, you will work closely with internal powerhouses including A&R, Marketing, and Product teams, while serving as the primary face of Epidemic Sound to external editorial and business development partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in music licensing, partnership management, or a similar role within the digital music landscape.
  • Strong understanding of the streaming ecosystem and DSP operations.
  • Strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to take ultimate responsibility for achieving commercial KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively influence external partners.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive insights and inform business actions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external DSP partners across editorial, business development, and operational functions to secure playlisting and promotional opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective platform strategies to drive catalog growth and achieve commercial KPIs, including revenue targets, streams, and exposure metrics.
  • Utilize platform tools and direct interactions to effectively pitch releases, maximizing visibility and revenue.
  • Proactively use data and performance metrics to identify insights and take actions that improve the visibility and revenue of the catalog on DSPs.
  • Align with A&R, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach to catalog monetization and contribute to team OKRs.
