About The Position

This full-time position involves applying knowledge of music items and videos to the buying, processing, and selling of such products, continuously incorporating positive customer-focused strategies. The role requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, with open availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, and the ability to work five shifts per week.

Requirements

• Superior knowledge in buying, processing, and selling music & video formats.
• Superior knowledge of music & video formats, grading standards, and collecting trends.
• General knowledge of comic books.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with motivation to serve the public.
• Ability to use reference materials.
• General knowledge of products sold at Bookmans.
• Knowledge of store sections and layout.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of music items and videos to buying, processing, and selling products.
• Continuously incorporate positive customer-focused strategies.
• Evaluate merchandise for purchase at the incoming counter.
• Explain and negotiate deals with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
