About The Position

This role provides efficient and quality music camp hospitality. The Music Camp staff member will serve as a campus liaison for assigned summer camps and conference groups, assisting with general administration and serving as an on-call representative for these groups during their stays. Responsibilities include following through on guest requests, concerns, and questions courteously and in a timely manner, and leading or assisting with camp operations. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work with a variety of personalities
Knowledge of OWU Campus, facilities, policies, and resources
Strong commitment to hospitality and customer service
Positive, accommodating attitude
Punctual and independently motivated. Capable of working without direct supervision
Must successfully complete pre-hire background check
Must complete assigned Working with Minors training at time of hire
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
