About The Position

Dartmouth Health’s Department of Radiology is seeking a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist to join our practice in the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont. This role is based at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, the system’s central clinical hub and Academic Medical Center, located adjacent to Hanover, NH, home to Dartmouth College and Geisel School of Medicine. Dartmouth Health Radiology is focused on delivering efficient, productive, and cutting-edge clinical care in musculoskeletal imaging, with a robust educational program and scholarly activity. Faculty at Dartmouth Health serve as Assistant, Associate, or full Professors at the Geisel School of Medicine. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained in musculoskeletal radiology, with a record of aspiring towards clinical excellence and an interest in teaching within an academic environment. The position involves participating in cutting-edge musculoskeletal imaging including MR, CT, ultrasound, and plain film. The department is a national leader in teaching radiology and all faculty participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. There is a strong desire to expand educational offerings. The department values patient-centered care, collaboration, respect, and a caring work environment, with strong relationships with other departments like orthopedic surgery. Faculty are encouraged to participate in national societies to develop a reputation for clinical excellence.

Requirements

  • Fellowship-trained in musculoskeletal radiology or relevant experience with a keen interest in musculoskeletal imaging.
  • Must obtain and maintain a medical license in both New Hampshire and Vermont.
  • Ability to be appointed at the Assistant, Associate, or full Professor rank, depending on experience.
  • Diagnostic Radiology Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities
