The Municipal Court Specialist is responsible for producing clear, complete, and logical reports, letters, memoranda, legal documents, and etc. This role involves analyzing, appraising, and organizing facts, evidence, and precedents, and preparing written recommendations and/or opinions. The specialist will perform legal research and analysis, monitor and manage open case inventory, and communicate with attorneys, parties, agency representatives, and other departments and staff at the instruction of the Judge.
