About The Position

As a Multisite Leasing Manager at The Atwood & Quarry Place with Hines, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members for the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Actively participate in the leasing process Supervise and manage the property’s leasing team members Ensure the achievement of the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising, and sales actives as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancy Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue Partner with the maintenance team to make sure the property’s appearance and safety is up to Hines Residential’s standards Review and analyze financial reports pertaining to issues impacting leasing performance Oversee the lease renewal program and the communication process Become a point of reference for any questions residents may have.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent from accredited institution
  • Two or more years of experience in residential property management or related industry
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Sales and/or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus
