As a Multisite Leasing Manager at The Atwood & Quarry Place with Hines, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members for the property.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent from accredited institution
- Two or more years of experience in residential property management or related industry
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Sales and/or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the leasing process
- Supervise and manage the property’s leasing team members
- Ensure the achievement of the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising, and sales actives as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancy
- Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
- Partner with the maintenance team to make sure the property’s appearance and safety is up to Hines Residential’s standards
- Review and analyze financial reports pertaining to issues impacting leasing performance
- Oversee the lease renewal program and the communication process
- Become a point of reference for any questions residents may have
