About The Position

Noblis is seeking a summer 2027 intern to support its Learning Management and Support Services (LMSS) contract for an Intelligence Community client. The intern will work with the Video-Based Learning (VBL) and Multimedia (MM) teams on media creation, including editing, graphic design, motion graphics and animation, print layout, and delivery of finished content. The role is based in either St. Louis, Missouri, or Springfield, Virginia. The internship offers experience consulting with clients and translating customer needs into storyboards and finished products; hands-on use of Adobe Creative Cloud and professional studio equipment; mentorship from learning and development professionals; leadership, communication, and public-speaking experience; and an opportunity to complete an impactful final project used in the workforce. The intern will learn professional media delivery practices and support multimedia services that facilitate learning in the client’s educational programs and organizations.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship.
GPA of 3.3 or higher.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in graphic design, animation/illustration, fine arts, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition.
Ability to multitask across multiple projects in a team-based environment.
Ability to present a portfolio showcasing broad design and/or multimedia experience.
Self-starter with demonstrated customer support and collaboration expertise.

Nice To Haves

TS/SCI clearance or interest in obtaining a clearance, including a polygraph.
Briefing and public-speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Learn professional media delivery methods used in commercial or government settings.
Support multimedia services that enhance and support learning in the client’s educational programs and organizations.
Assist with the design, production, implementation, and maintenance of video- and/or graphic-based content.
Design art layouts and determine the style, size, and arrangement of type for print products, including digital signage.
Translate client requirements into design and storyboard deliverables.
Design and develop motion graphics and animation.
Develop and apply knowledge of video and audio production, graphic and 2D/3D motion graphics creation, and captioning technologies.
Develop client consulting skills related to media technologies, production processes, and team capabilities and services.
Develop expertise with client media-streaming applications.
Transcribe and caption videos for Section 508 accessibility using Adobe Premiere processes.
