WTOV is looking for a Multimedia Journalist (MMJ) to join the #1 News Leader in Wheeling WV/Steubenville OH! Requirements
- Sharp news judgment
- Solid writing & technical skills
- Good communication skills
- Social Media expertise
- Ability to think critically, problem solve, and work well independently
- Experience with live shots is required
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- A web link to your demo reel must be included with your application
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Live-U is a plus
- A minimum of 1 year of reporting experience is preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered
Responsibilities
- Research, shoot, write and edit daily content for various platforms in a manner that is clear and engaging to news consumers
- Enterprise story ideas and develop contacts to generate interesting and relatable stories
