About The Position

RemotePass is seeking a Multimedia Designer with a strong focus on motion graphics and video production. This role is responsible for creating video and animation content for social media, product storytelling, and campaigns. The designer will also support graphic design needs across various projects and play a key role in bringing the company's new brand identity to life. This is an execution-focused position for someone who thrives on volume, variety, and ownership, working closely with Social, Product Marketing, and Brand leads. The ideal candidate will be social-first, move quickly, and possess genuine creative instincts.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years producing motion graphics and video in a brand, agency, or in-house team
• Strong Adobe After Effects skills (license will be provided)
• Proficient video editing skills, comfortable end-to-end from brief to export
• Solid graphic design fundamentals across digital formats
• A social-first eye, understanding what makes content stop the scroll
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Ability to be fast, organised, and juggle multiple briefs without dropping quality
• Comfortable using AI tools in workflow to move faster
• Familiarity with Figma
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows
• Portfolio: A motion reel (≤3 min), 2-3 social examples, one product/demo example (if available)

Responsibilities

• Produce motion graphics and animations for social, product, and campaigns (at least one polished animation per week)
• Edit and finish video content, including talking-head and person-featuring videos for social and product
• Edit product videos and demos to a high quality bar
• Design static assets across social, paid, blog, and landing pages when needed
• Help adapt and roll out the new brand identity across all asset types as the rebrand lands
• Turn briefs from Social, PMM, and Brand into finished work, and contribute creative ideas
• Support the September product launch asset refresh
