About The Position

Tipping Point Solutions, Inc is seeking a Multimedia Artist - Senior for an onsite position within the Learning Innovation Branch at the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE), Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The Multimedia Artist – Senior will have experience managing creative workflows to drive product completion. Depending on team assignments, this role involves occasional reporting to the respective lead or project manager. Responsibilities include creating visual concepts using advanced computer applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to communicate ideas that effectively inform, educate, and train a military audience. Key tasks include providing design guidance, producing digital graphics and art assets, and working on diverse projects such as interactive training materials, website designs, advertising, books, posters, and exhibition displays. The role also involves designing corporate communications and identity elements, including logos and brand materials. A familiarity with artificial intelligence prompt writing for latent image generation is preferred, as it supports the creation of art assets, art boards, and storyboards.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to receive a Secret government security clearance within first year.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in performing graphic design. Using commercial graphic software to execute designs for art and copy layouts for materials to be presented visually in technical documents; promotional materials; or presentations on websites, external and off premises storage media or other visual communications media.
Preparing illustrations and samples of proposed designs.
Experience working closely with technical staff and/or technical writers.
Must possess creative talent and minimum 2 years using core creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud programs; examples Photoshop, Lightroom, or Illustrator at a minimum. Core creation tools may include 3D applications and are not exclusive to 2D creation tools.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with artificial intelligence prompt writing for latent image generation is preferred, as it supports the creation of art assets, art boards, and storyboards.

Responsibilities

Lead product design including but not limited to; still photography, video, and imaging support for USAICoE training organizations and elements.
Drive the creation and revision of existing graphic assets, videos, Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), and video products.
Conduct image manipulation and restoration, particularly for historical images.
Develop style guides for organizational products.
Provide design support for various projects.
Manage archives, files, and media assets under supervision.
Create and provide graphic assets to the post-production team as needed for various projects.
Design organizational and training materials, such as brochures, posters, handouts, website elements, logos, and promotional materials.
