This combination allows our sales team to deliver integrated advertising campaigns that blend cutting‑edge digital marketing with the trusted reach and community impact of leading radio brands.

Requirements

  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Digital advertising sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of local marketing strategies and digital media trends.
  • Experience with the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, presentations, closing, and account servicing.
  • Knowledge of market research, negotiation, and consultative selling principles.
  • Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Strong skills in planning, organization, communication, and relationship building.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in related fields such as copywriting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Help businesses simplify marketing, understand performance, and achieve measurable growth through customized, results‑driven solutions.
  • Sell the full suite of STAR Digital Strategies digital advertising solutions, including display, social, video, OTT/CTV, SEO, SEM, and programmatic.
  • Sell STAR 99.1 radio advertising, sponsorships, and integrated promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and qualify new prospects by presenting customized marketing solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Develop, present, and close written advertising proposals.
  • Steward client relationships through campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage collections and ongoing account servicing.
  • Grow and maintain long‑term business partnerships through proactive client support and performance evaluation.
  • Attend required sales meetings, training sessions, and one‑on‑one meetings with leadership.
