About The Position
The client is seeking a Site Superintendent/Project Manager for high-end residential and multifamily construction projects. This is a direct hire, long-term role responsible for leading projects from start to finish. The position requires local site visits.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in running ground up new construction projects of multifamily homes and full renovations of Brownstones
- Experience with direct site supervision experience
- Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project and Excel
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing high end residential and multifamily construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation
- Quality control, field troubleshooting, maintain documentation
- Communicate with owners
