About The Position

Dawn Homes Management is looking for a dynamic, creative, and driven Multifamily Marketing Manager to help shape the future of our apartment communities and corporate brand across the Northeast. This role involves leading marketing initiatives, developing creative campaigns, and managing digital presence. It requires a blend of creativity, digital strategy, content creation, analytics, and collaboration to bring communities to life through marketing and achieve meaningful results. Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience (multifamily or real estate marketing is a plus)
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and branding
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO and digital advertising, web analytics, and campaign strategy
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with analytics and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment

Nice To Haves

  • Multifamily or real estate marketing experience
  • Experience with Canva and CRM platforms
  • Graphic design, photography, or video experience
  • Experience with RealPage and Timberline

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing initiatives for a portfolio of apartment communities and the DHM corporate brand.
  • Develop creative campaigns that drive qualified traffic, engagement, and leasing performance.
  • Plan and execute digital, social media, email, print, and event-based marketing campaigns.
  • Create “burst” campaigns and special promotions to support occupancy goals and leasing momentum.
  • Help shape and evolve the visual identity and storytelling of our communities.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms, Internet Listing Services (ILS), reputation management, and website content and digital presence.
  • Audit SEO performance and recommend strategies to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and creative assets to keep branding fresh and engaging.
  • Research emerging marketing trends, platforms, and local opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, and lead-to-appointment and lead-to-lease performance.
  • Use data and insights to improve strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Manage lead tracking and marketing technology platforms.
  • Train and support on-site teams on marketing systems and best practices.
  • Partner closely with leasing teams, operations, revenue management, and executive leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Travel periodically to communities for content creation, branding reviews, and campaign support.
