Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The position provides superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. It involves completing lease/renewal paperwork, tracking advertising and client traffic, and developing creative marketing programs through thorough analysis of competition. The role also focuses on developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. The Property Manager leads by example, instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission. They supervise day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintain residents' files, foster a positive living environment through conflict resolution, and manage the community budget and finances.
