As a Multifamily Project Manager, you'll be the engine behind some of our most dynamic residential projects. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and resources while building durable relationships with developers, owners, architects, and other stakeholders. We're not just looking for someone who keeps projects on schedule - we want a manager who adds real value through clear communication, sharp problem-solving, and a people-first approach to the work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing projects in multifamily or residential construction.
  • Skilled in project management software, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation specific to multifamily work.
  • You understand client needs and consistently deliver service and value that builds lasting partnerships.
  • You pivot quickly and stay effective managing multiple phases and unit counts as project demands shift.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the full lifecycle of multifamily projects, from preconstruction through final close-out.
  • Build project schedules and milestones that keep teams aligned and timelines on track across multiple units and phases.
  • Manage budgets proactively, protecting both cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for developers, owners, and subcontractors, delivering exceptional service at every stage.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks early to keep projects moving and avoid surprises.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track progress across all phases and reinforce a collaborative, team-first culture.
  • Mentor and lead project staff, cultivating a solution-oriented, high-performing work environment.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in full compliance with project, building code, and safety standards.
