As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced PMs and field leadership from your first day - supporting active commercial projects, building your coordination skills, and developing the instincts that set strong construction managers apart. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Background in commercial construction or project coordination - any specialty exposure is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

Experience with construction management software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Support planning, scheduling, and resource management across active commercial projects.
Track milestones and deliverables to keep timelines and budgets on target.
Spot process improvements and bring ideas that make the team run more efficiently.
Act as a coordination point between project managers, field crews, clients, and trade partners.
Keep communication clear and consistent across every project stakeholder.
Prepare progress updates, status reports, and project documentation.
Work with field teams to maintain workmanship standards and meet client expectations.
Monitor project records, including contracts, submittments, and change documentation.
Help ensure work stays aligned with project specs and company quality benchmarks.
Step in when issues come up and help build practical, timely solutions.
Coordinate across internal teams and outside partners to keep workflow moving.
