About The Position

This role is responsible for administering and updating vendor/customer pricing programs in the Ben E. Keith Systems Proof, and troubleshooting pricing discrepancies on contracted items. The analyst will also administer and monitor relevant aspects of the Ben E. Keith Program Pricing System as it relates to customer distribution agreements, image all pricing support and other documentation, and monitor/analyze customer yields, notifying the NA team when they fall below expectations. Additionally, the role involves assisting with pricing audits, investigating and correcting pricing issues, and setting up/maintaining customer system info in mainframe applications. The position also includes implementing and reconciling customer incentives and accruals. This is a 100% on-site role in the Fort Worth, TX office and does not offer remote work, employment visa sponsorship, or relocation assistance. Candidates must live in the Dallas Metroplex area and be able to commute daily.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, with an accounting or finance emphasis preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant or related experience preferred.
Demonstrated stability in past job history.
Outstanding computer skills with Intermediate to Expert Microsoft Excel skills.
Data entry (10-key and alphanumeric) skills.
Must live in the Dallas Metroplex area and be able to commute to the office daily.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP or Vistex is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer and update vendor/customer pricing programs in the Ben E. Keith Systems Proof.
Troubleshoot and investigate pricing discrepancies on contracted items.
Administer and monitor relevant aspects of the Ben E. Keith Program Pricing System as it relates to Customer distribution agreements.
Image all pricing support and other documentation received from vendors, brokers, and customers.
Monitor, analyze and make notifications to the NA team when customer yields are below expectations.
Assist with pricing audits submitted monthly or periodically by customers.
Investigate pricing issues and make corrections as needed when pricing issues are found.
Set up and maintain customer system info in mainframe applications.
Implement and reconcile customer incentives and accruals.
Other duties as assigned.
