You'll support pricing strategies for complex U.S. government healthcare and operational programs, helping develop competitive, accurate, and compliant proposals across multiple contract types. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in government contracting, pricing, proposal support, or financial analysis.
  • Experience supporting pricing activities for FFP, CPFF, T&M, and IDIQ contract types.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Understanding of cost structures, labor pricing, and profitability drivers within government-funded programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed cost models and pricing templates aligned with program requirements and scope.
  • Analyze staffing plans, labor rates, compensation data, and locality considerations to support pricing assumptions.
  • Support pricing strategies across fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, time-and-materials, and IDIQ opportunities.
  • Evaluate cost drivers, margins, and profitability to provide insights that inform business decisions.
  • Research market trends, labor data, and industry benchmarks to strengthen pricing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with proposal, finance, and operational stakeholders to develop accurate and timely pricing submissions.
  • Ensure pricing deliverables align with applicable regulations, internal controls, and established business practices.
