About the Role If you’re the kind of salesperson who takes pride in helping customers succeed, strengthening relationships, and delivering real value, this is your opportunity. As an Inside Sales Representative at Qwikkit, you’ll be the main point of contact for our loyal customers, helping them plan projects, solve problems, and find new ways to grow with us. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure a seamless customer experience, and identify opportunities to increase sales through thoughtful, consultative conversations. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on service, follow-through, and relationship-based selling, not high-pressure cold calling.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, account management, or customer success experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a CRM environment (Salesforce preferred).
  • Comfort leading virtual meetings and presenting to customers.
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Empathetic communicator who understands customer priorities.
  • Integrity-driven and motivated by helping others succeed.
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, or home improvement industries.
  • Knowledge of multi-family or property management customers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain active engagement with assigned multi-unit customers
  • Ensure Qwikkit is specified and used consistently across customer portfolios
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and contacts
  • Provide timely support and communication.
  • Increase units sold within assigned portfolios
  • Identify new projects within existing customer relationships
  • Support customers with product education and training
  • Work closely with other Qwikkit sales teams to support overall growth
  • Share market and customer insights with the broader sales organization
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution
