Voted Glassdoor's Employee Choice Awards- Best Places to Work, This is R/A !Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Multi-unit General Manager to oversee 3–4 small to medium‑sized corporate dining accounts in the Stamford, CT area. This is a multi‑unit leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional client and guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, proven team leadership, and experience with marketing and merchandising in a corporate dining or foodservice environment. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategy with day‑to‑day execution across multiple locations. This position offers an ideal Monday through Friday schedule; nights, weekend and holidays off!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of foodservice operations experience; multi‑unit experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing small to medium corporate dining accounts
  • Proven success managing budgets and P&L
  • Strong background in marketing and merchandising
  • High‑volume production and catering experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high‑performing teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and client‑facing skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day operations for 3–4 corporate dining accounts
  • Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
  • Manage all HR functions, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, labor management, and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal partners
  • Partner with culinary leadership to deliver high‑quality food, menus, and catering programs
  • Execute marketing and merchandising initiatives to drive engagement and participation
  • Implement new culinary and operational programs in collaboration with corporate teams
  • Ensure adherence to Company standards, food safety, and service expectations
