About The Position

This is a high-impact, highly mobile consultative sales position designed for someone who can step into multiple locations and perform immediately. The Good Feet Store is a family-owned company on a mission to improve the quality of people's lives by helping them walk without pain. This role is for a proven sales performer who can adapt quickly to different teams, managers, and store dynamics, and produce results in any of their locations. You will be the person deployed when a store needs strength, traffic spikes, a team needs energy, leadership, and results, or when it's time to win.

Requirements

Ability to reliably travel between: Cincinnati, Florence, KY, Dayton
Weekend availability is non-negotiable
Comfortable working under multiple leaders and styles
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
