Multi Sport Racquet Coach
About The Position
Euro School of Tennis is seeking friendly and reliable coaches to teach beginner-level pickleball and tennis to children in Grades K–5 at elementary schools across the Bay Area. Training, lesson plans, and equipment are provided. Classes generally last 1–1.5 hours and may begin between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Two or more days per week are preferred; the listing describes approximately 2–5 hours of work weekly. This is a part-time, in-person position paying $50–$65 per class. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older.
- Enjoy working with children.
- Be reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
- Have good communication and classroom management skills.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to complete a background check and meet vaccination requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice To Haves
- Pickleball or tennis experience is preferred, but not required.
- Two or more days per week are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach fun and engaging pickleball or tennis lessons.
- Manage groups of 8–10 children.
- Set up equipment and take attendance.
- Keep classes safe, active, and enjoyable.
- Communicate with parents and school staff.
