About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Skill Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple areas of residential construction and remodeling. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. This position requires strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should be highly skilled in several trades and proficient in a wide range of construction tasks. Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, framing, flooring, decking, siding, fencing, and remodeling
- Mastery or advanced skill level in at least 2 or 3 core trades
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete projects with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors and indoors
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry, framing, and structural repairs
- Install and repair drywall, including hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing
- Install various flooring types (LVP, laminate, tile, hardwood)
- Construct and repair decks, fences, and exterior structures
- Install and repair siding and exterior trim
- Perform remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, and interior upgrades
- Assemble cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other building components
- Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately
- Maintain clean and safe job sites.
