We're expanding our leadership bench in the Greater Hartford, CT market, and we're looking for a Multi-Site Sales Manager to take the reins across two local branch locations. This isn't a caretaker role — it's a builder role. You'll inherit a foundation of strong local teams and be the one who turns them into a single, high-performing sales force with a shared playbook, shared standards and a shared hunger to win. We're a trusted name in residential heating, cooling, and electrical solutions, built on long-term relationships with homeowners and a reputation for getting it right. As we grow our presence in this market, we need a leader who can scale that reputation across both locations — without losing what makes it work. As Multi-Site Sales Manager, you'll own sales performance for two branch locations in the same Greater Hartford market. Think of yourself as the connective tissue between two teams that are great on their own but even better working from the same game plan. You'll split your time across both locations — coaching in the field, calibrating standards in the conference room, and reporting on results at the business level.
