The Multi-Site Retail Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, support and guide the store team, maintain high standards for customer service and store presentation, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results. Prior retail management experience is not required. A background in business, management, operations, leadership, or another results-driven environment is helpful. A degree in business, management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
