The purpose of this position is to oversee all daily operations of the Site including leasing and rent collection, ensuring unit turn standards are adhered to, and that apartments are suitable for occupancy and residents are selected according to HUD/LIHTC/RD and CCHMS criteria. This role also involves maintaining accurate resident files and records, providing orientation for new residents, fostering a supportive and inclusive community environment, serving as the primary point of contact for resident concerns, and working closely with the Regional Manager and CCH Leadership to support organizational goals.
