The Multi-Site Branch Manager oversees a Tier III branch and/or multiple branch locations. This role is a leader of the branch team, serving as a role model in providing exceptional customer service while promoting and offering bank products and services that align with customer needs. The manager leads, manages, and coaches their branch teams to achieve sales objectives and is responsible for the profitability, growth, and successful operation of their branches. This position involves making outside business calls to cultivate and develop new business and supporting initiatives of other bank business partners. The manager provides leadership to multiple teams to deliver superior quality customer service and a positive banking experience for customers.
