About The Position
AMLI Residential is searching for a sales driven Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join our team at AMLI Treehouse, an exciting new lease-up in Addison. You will also be part of the leasing team at AMLI Addison. This role involves engaging with prospects and residents, showcasing the community, driving occupancy goals through sales and marketing, creating a sense of community through events, ensuring a seamless leasing experience, and building local connections with apartment locators and businesses.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leasing experience at AMLI (for internal candidates).
- Passion for people and customer service.
- Marketing savvy, including social media, networking, and traditional marketing.
- Weekend availability.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- A college degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet, qualify, and build relationships with potential residents.
- Conduct tours of apartments and highlight community features.
- Generate leads through phone, internet, and social media to drive occupancy goals.
- Plan and host resident events to foster a sense of community.
- Process applications and prepare lease documentation.
- Network with apartment locators and businesses.
