About The Position

Old Edwards Hospitality Group is seeking energetic, guest-focused Multi-Outlet Servers to provide exceptional service across a variety of their award-winning dining venues, including Madison's Restaurant, Wine Garden, Hummingbird Lounge, Four65 Woodfire Bistro + Bar, Rooftop Terrace, and other food and beverage outlets as business needs require. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and delivering genuine hospitality, we'd love to meet you! As a Multi-Outlet Server, you'll provide outstanding food and beverage service while adapting to the unique atmosphere and service style of each outlet. Requirements

  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Must meet all applicable alcohol service requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Work across multiple food and beverage outlets as assigned, adapting to each outlet's service style and standards.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, answer questions, and make recommendations.
  • Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while ensuring presentation meets company standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns or communicate them to management.
  • Set up and maintain dining rooms, service stations, and work areas before, during, and after service.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, promotions, and hours of operation throughout our dining outlets.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Restaurant Management.
