About The Position

Old Edwards Hospitality Group is seeking energetic, guest-focused Multi-Outlet Servers to provide exceptional service across a variety of their award-winning dining venues, including Madison's Restaurant, Wine Garden, Hummingbird Lounge, Four65 Woodfire Bistro + Bar, Rooftop Terrace, and other food and beverage outlets as business needs require. This role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to deliver genuine hospitality.

Requirements

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Must meet all applicable alcohol service requirements.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
Work across multiple food and beverage outlets as assigned, adapting to each outlet's service style and standards.
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience.
Present menus, explain daily specials, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while ensuring presentation meets company standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns or communicate them to management.
Set up and maintain dining rooms, service stations, and work areas before, during, and after service.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and organization while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, promotions, and hours of operation throughout our dining outlets.
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by Restaurant Management.
