About The Position

Austin Country Club is searching for a full-time Multi-Outlet Bartender to join their exceptional Food & Beverage team in Austin, TX. The role involves creating memorable experiences by serving handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages while building genuine connections with members. Responsibilities include preparing and stocking bar areas, monitoring inventory, recommending food and beverage pairings, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with club events. The position requires balancing hospitality, attention to detail, and professionalism to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Requirements

High school diploma or GE
1+ years of experience in a restaurant, bartending, or barista setting
A base knowledge of Beer, Wine & Liquor
TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications
Excellent communication skills
Presentable
Fast-paced
Team player
Genuine
Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to create classic and craft cocktails
Ability to Stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
