About The Position

This position is for a Multi Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Johnstown Manufacturing Operations. The role is responsible for leading a team that produces high-quality assemblies, subassemblies, and completed units, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule goals are met. The supervisor will oversee daily activities, manage team recruitment, selection, training, and performance, and ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational objectives.

Requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
Experience in Aircraft Maintenance &/or Aerospace Manufacturing &/or experience in similar industry (automotive, Space, transportation)
Experience in Production Operation &/or Manufacturing
Leadership Experience

Nice To Haves

Background of 5yrs experience needed for this position.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Minimum of 5yrs experience working within manufacturing environment.
Thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Responsibilities
