About The Position

You will be the Multi Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Metallics Machine Shop which is responsible for directing day‑to‑day operations of the day‑shift Metallics Machine Shop, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality performance while supporting internal customers and production goals.

Requirements

Experience in CNC metal machining and manufacturing operations including setup, programming, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Experience with various metal materials (e.g., aluminum, stainless steel, titanium) and their machining properties.
Experience leading teams in a machining or fabrication environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance per business requirements
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Responsibilities

Supervise day‑shift (5:30 am–4:00 pm) operations, assign work, and monitor hourly personnel performance.
Act as liaison between internal customers, MRP, and support organizations to resolve issues quickly.
Drive cost, schedule, and quality performance for metallic fabrication activities.
Manage administrative duties including employee training, salary actions, recognition/disciplinary measures, and compliance with company/union agreements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and directives while supporting broader organizational objectives.
