About The Position

Multi Family Plumbing Foreman – Join Our Growing Team! This role involves leading, coordinating, and supervising plumbing crews on multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will plan daily and weekly work activities to meet production schedules and project milestones, read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and job scopes, and coordinate work with general contractors, other trades, inspectors, and internal project teams. Ensuring installations meet company quality standards, local codes, and project requirements, troubleshooting installation issues, and verifying material availability are key aspects of this position. The role also includes maintaining jobsite cleanliness, completing daily reports, and training, mentoring, and developing journeymen and apprentices. The foreman will promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive jobsite culture, serving as the primary field representative and addressing issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial or multi-family plumbing experience.
Prior experience leading crews or acting as a foreman or lead plumber.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, drawings, and installation practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Desire to continuously improve.

Plan daily and weekly work activities to meet production schedules and project milestones.
Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings, specifications, and job scopes.
Coordinate work with general contractors, other trades, inspectors, and internal project teams.
Ensure installations meet company quality standards, local codes, and project requirements.
Troubleshoot installation issues and provide corrective direction to crews.
Verify materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used.
Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
Complete daily reports, time tracking, material usage, and progress documentation accurately.
Train, mentor, and develop journeymen and apprentices by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and leading by example in work ethic, attitude, and professionalism.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive jobsite culture that reflects Freije’s standards and core values.
Serve as Freije’s primary field representative on assigned projects by proactively communicating with customers and project stakeholders.
Address issues promptly and professionally with a solutions-focused mindset while protecting Freije’s reputation through quality work and respectful interactions.
