Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman or Lead Plumber in commercial construction.
Proven ability to lead field crews of 10+.
Experience planning for the next day/week to avoid wasted time or materials.
Maintain production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Strong focus on job site safety for self and crew.
Have experience in reading blueprints accurately.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, and commercial layouts.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to meet the physical requirement of job.
Must have valid SC Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews (typically 10+ tradesmen).
Manage layout, installation, and testing of commercial plumbing systems.
Ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
Oversee material management, scheduling, and daily reporting.
Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain project flow.
