About The Position

The Multi-Family/Commercial Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for scheduling installation appointments and assisting the Replacement Crews in closing jobs. This position will also assist in maintaining a positive, productive, open line of communication between the customer, the Installation Crews, and all company departments to make sure that the customer’s needs are met.

  • Experience in HVAC or construction is a plus.
  • Basic Knowledge or Salesforce, a plus
  • Product knowledge of Tempo’s services, a plus.
  • Basic Spanish will be plus point.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Installation Crews daily schedules, add events and on-call to enterprise software.
  • Set up equipment installations with customers in a professional manner.
  • Ensure that customer data entry is correct in enterprise software.
  • Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare all job-related paperwork provided by sales team, rebates, finance documents, and pull permits, completing job packets for each job going out.
  • Dispatch calls for the Install Crews.
  • Communicate timely with crews and customers to ensure the schedule is maintained.
  • Process job paperwork in a timely and accurate manner upon job completion – notifying appropriate departments of finance, and discounts processed.
  • Send equipment registration request, through email, to the registration specialist/admin team if needed.
  • Responsible for issuing and accounting for POs as needed.
  • Make outbound “Happy Calls” to customers to verify customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and events.
  • Assist Sales Group with additional duties as assigned.
  • Able to work a shift schedule to handle evening and after hours scheduling and dispatching.
  • Permit backup.
