Multi-Domain Operations Integration Analyst (N2701)
About The Position
SimIS, Inc. is seeking support for the development of Multi-Domain & Joint Effects (MDJE) capability products across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Interoperability (DOTMLPFI) lines of development in a life cycle approach, based on the guidance of the Joint Effects (JE) Capabilities Programme Director/Section Head and JE Integrator/Architect. To support our customer, SimIS, Inc. seeks a Multi-Domain Operations Integration Analyst to support the JE Capabilities Programme Director and Project Coordinators in their programme management efforts, including the interaction with MDJE stakeholders at all levels, from Tactical to Strategic.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, project management, business administration or related disciplines. Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience are acceptable.
- Ten (10) years of operational experience in integration and synchronization of effects (in particular Non-Kinetic/Non-Lethal) on a Joint or Strategic level staff, and/or J3 or J5 experience in NATO or National HQ.
- 5-10 years of Programme/Project Management experience within a complex and dynamic environment, with a focus on military capability development.
- 5-10 years of experience working in a multinational organization (e.g., a NATO Command, a National military component within NATO Force Structure) and familiarity with NATO agencies’ role in system development.
- 5-10 years of experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers.
Nice To Haves
- PMP certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provision of methodological and analytical expertise in support of the development and implementation of the holistic approach toward Multi-Domain & Joint Effects capability development, especially regarding Non-kinetic/Non-Lethal Fires and Effects Integration.
- Support MDJE-related projects (e.g. Non-Kinetic & Kinetic Fires Integration/NKKFI Line of Effort; MDJE-related Beacon Projects) as required by JE Capabilities Programme Director and the JE Integrator/Architect.
- Support the elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation and traceability of higher and lower-level requirements (such as capability targets, operational requirements, system specifications, interoperability requirements, etc.) across all aspects of DOTMLPFI.
- Support the development, analysis and review of MDJE-related doctrinal corpus (e.g. policies, doctrines, directives concepts of operation/employment, courses of action and alternatives).
- Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and implementation synchronization; support the development of recommended courses of action to resolve issues relating capability development, across the capabilities’ lifecycles.
