Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
  • 2+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, and fabrication.
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and use precision tools.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing work environment

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Operations to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.
  • Diagnose complex equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and repair high-speed filling, packaging, and conveying systems.
  • Execute PMs, support autonomous maintenance, and plan major repairs during scheduled shutdowns.
  • Design, weld, and install mechanical and electronic components; perform PLC program changes and maintain AC drive systems.
  • Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to implement design changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Share your expertise with peers and provide technical guidance to improve team capabilities.
  • Follow GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and company safety standards in all tasks.
