About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced DevOps infrastructure engineer to support clients modernizing IT infrastructures and completing mission-critical work. The engineer will work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions, establish or provision virtual machines and networks, and use cloud service providers within a DevOps framework. The role may involve developing, deploying, or managing IT infrastructure for critical server and network components. Employees can use Booz Allen’s internal innovation labs to build skills and explore solutions to client challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with cloud, DevOps, or system administration.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, or SNS.
• 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform.
• 2+ years of experience with Configuration as Code, such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• 2+ years of experience creating CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux administration and Windows administration.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• 2+ years of experience using task management software, such as Jira.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with Azure.
• Experience managing Oracle Database instances.
• Experience with on-premise server management.
• Experience with VMWare.
• Experience with Citrix.
