About The Position
Endeavor Schools is hiring a Multi-Campus Substitute Teacher-Childcare to work across three schools in California: Laguna Niguel Montessori, Heritage Montessori-Lake Forest, and Montessori Academy on the Ranch. The role requires willingness to travel to any of the locations according to need. Substitute teachers help maintain continuity in educational programs when regular teachers are absent. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. The position offers an hourly starting pay of $21.00–$23.00, depending on education and experience, and a $1,000 hiring bonus paid in two installments: $500 at three months and $500 at six months. Employees must be in good standing to receive the payouts. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
- Prior experience with toddler and preschool students.
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
- 12 Child Development Units, required by the State of California.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.
