About The Position
Endeavor Schools is hiring a Multi Campus Substitute Childcare Teacher to maintain continuity in educational programs when regular teachers are absent. The role supports children’s development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, nurturing, and genuinely interested in working with young children. The teacher may be assigned to any of three area schools based on need: Fulbright Montessori in Lake Forest, Spectrum Montessori-Portola Springs in Irvine, or Spectrum Montessori-Woodbury in Irvine. The position starts at $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. A $1,000 hiring bonus is payable in two installments: $500 at three months and $500 at six months. Employees must be in good standing to receive each payout. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 12 Child Development Units, required by the State of California.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
- Prior experience with toddler and preschool students.
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.
Responsibilities

- Monitor children’s progress and development.
