About The Position

Shape aerospace-grade components with precision TekPro is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to add skilled talent across the CNC shop. We have 4 immediate openings where you can make an impact from day one. If you thrive on tight tolerances and clean, safe work environments, you’ll feel right at home here. Open Roles 1) Okuma 5‑Axis CNC Machinist (1st & 2nd Shift) You’ll set up and run Okuma 5‑Axis machines with OSP‑P300 controls to produce complex geometries at exacting tolerances. 2) 2nd Shift CNC Milling Machinist (FANUC) Join the milling team running FANUC‑controlled CNC mills to deliver consistent, close‑tolerance work across multiple machines. 3) 2nd Shift CNC Turning Machinist (VTL Preferred) Support turning operations on FANUC‑based lathes/turning centers, with strong preference for vertical turning lathe experience. 4) CNC Finisher – Career Path to Machinist (1st & 2nd Shift) Build foundational skills that lead directly into a machinist role. You’ll perfect surfaces, complete assemblies, and prepare parts for shipment. The CNC Finisher role offers a clear path into a Machinist position. Requirements

• 5+ years true 5‑axis experience preferred
• 5+ years milling experience preferred
• 5+ years turning experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic & desire to grow

Nice To Haves

• VTL experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate Okuma 5‑Axis machines (OSP‑P300 control)
• Machine complex parts to tight tolerances
• Read blueprints & CMM reports
• Perform tool setup, offsets & inspections
• Operate CNC Mills (FANUC controls)
• Close‑tolerance machining
• Blueprint reading & inspections
• Basic setups; multi‑machine operation
• Operate CNC Lathes / Turning Centers (FANUC)
• Machine castings/forgings to tight tolerances
• Perform inspections & basic setups
• Deburr, polish, grind & finish machined parts
• Final assembly & inspection
• Package finished goods
