Requirements

  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience operating food processing or battering/breading equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in a food manufacturing or processing facility.
  • Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control procedures in food production.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
  • Effective communication skills support teamwork and ensure smooth coordination within the production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor battering and breading machinery to ensure consistent product coating.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and accommodate different product types or batch sizes.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to comply with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance, including coating thickness and uniformity.
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any operational issues promptly.
  • Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
