About The Position

This is the entry-level production category for hourly employees. It covers all job tasks associated with the production process that are class 1. Examples of class 1 positions are general production employees in departments such as Layout, Clean-up Process control, and all other processing departments.

Requirements

• Available to work any shift.
• Standing and/or walking during the entire shift.
• Requires considerable reaching, lifting, grasping of product while tumbling the product.
• Work in wet, cold environment.
• Must follow all guidelines related to SSOP’s, GMP’s, PPE’s, etc.
• Must follow all rules in line with the company handbook, including attendance, break times, etc.

• Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover all job tasks associated with the production process that are class 1.
• Perform general production employee duties in departments such as Layout, Clean-up Process control, and all other processing departments.
• Be reliable and dependable, and be at work when scheduled to work.
• Be available to work any shift.
• Follow all guidelines related to SSOP’s, GMP’s, PPE’s, etc.
• Follow all rules in line with the company handbook, including attendance and break times.
• Understand and follow all procedures.
• Ensure that the product being worked with is handled properly and does not become contaminated or end up on the floor.
