About The Position
XCAL Martial Arts (XMA) is seeking an instructor who is passionate about changing lives through teaching martial arts. The instructor will focus on delivering quality, curriculum-driven classes while considering the individual needs of each member. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to seamlessly run back-to-back classes. XMA Instructors are expected to be approachable both on and off the mats.
Requirements

- Great oratory skills.
- Respect for diversity.
- 2 years Muay Thai coaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Instruction of high-energy, benefit-driven, educational classes.
- Engage with and build relationships with the students and parents.
- Ability to teach/supervise a class size of 20-30.
- Take feedback and turn that knowledge into a teachable means of empowering the student.
- Actively pursue professional development in their respective fields.
