About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and compassionate MTSS Teacher to join our instructional team. Partner with SMART Management and BridgePrep Academy in our mission to provide targeted, high-quality academic intervention. In this role, you will ensure students receive the critical support necessary to close learning gaps, master grade-level standards, and achieve long-term academic success. This role offers a competitive base salary paired with clear financial incentives, including up to $5,000 in supplemental pay and additional bumps for advanced degrees. You will focus your talent where it is needed most—delivering Tier 2 and Tier 3 small-group interventions that directly accelerate student learning. You will maximize your impact using designated beginning- and end-of-year extended weeks specifically designed to strengthen campus MTSS systems. You will work hand-in-hand with classroom teachers, counselors, and administrators within a growth-oriented network of 21 charter schools across Florida.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited educational institution.
Valid or eligible Florida Professional or Temporary Teaching Certification.
Reading Endorsement.
Strong organizational, communication, and small-group management skills; deep alignment with our mission.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience implementing Tier 2/Tier 3 interventions or navigating the formal MTSS framework.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver standards-aligned, highly differentiated Tier 2 and Tier 3 intervention lessons to small groups of students performing below grade level.
Collect, analyze, and maintain meticulous progress-monitoring data to accurately track student growth and pivot instructional frameworks with fidelity.
Actively participate in problem-solving discussions, providing clean documentation to support MTSS meetings and identifying students who may require additional ESE, 504, or ELL evaluation.
Establish consistent routines and implement schoolwide behavior systems with fidelity, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
Maintain 100% compliance on all data reports, lesson plan submissions, and documentation timelines while actively engaging in schoolwide PD and coaching sessions.
