This position assists the Mortgage Marketing Coordinator with preparing for Mortgage related functions and presentations.
Requirements
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office including (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Works as a team-player with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Assist in the Implementation of all Marketing Programs.
- Assist in special events including but not limited to: customer receptions, group Builder and Realtor events, Trade shows/Business Expos.
- Maintain inventory and organize and order all Ameris branded materials and items.
- Prepare and create Mortgage Marketing materials to promote Ameris Bank and Mortgage Bankers. This includes flyers, promotional items, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal employees and external client and vendors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Manage and order marketing supplies, as needed.
- Attend all required meetings.
- Special projects as assigned.
