About The Position
We’re seeking a compassionate and driven Social Services Designee to support residents, families, and care teams with dignity, empathy, and purpose. In this role, you won’t just complete tasks—you’ll help shape quality of life, protect resident rights, and ensure every individual is seen, heard, and supported. This position is located at Deaconess Midtown or Gateway campus.
Requirements
- Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Masters of Social Work (MSW).
- Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and/or social agency preferred. This can include internships or other employment.
Nice To Haves
- Recommended to continue education with obtaining Masters in Social Work (MSW) if hired as BSW Case Manager.
