Responsibilities
- Resolve helpdesk tickets, provide troubleshooting, and ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain SLAs, oversee ticket lifecycles, and monitor remote systems for security and performance.
- Assist in project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope and documentation.
- Act as an escalation point, conduct root cause analyses, and provide clear client communication.
- Mentor engineers, contribute to process improvements, and support cross-functional teams.
